This is a SOURCES SOUGHT only for market research.





Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, clean up, and supervision required for replacing two (2) roof-top air conditioning units (RTUs), serving the tower base building; to include but not limited to: providing and installing two (2) 2-ton mini-splits for Equipment Room; providing and installing one (1) new 2-ton ducted mini-split for TRACON; demolition of old 20-ton RTUs and providing and installing new 17.5-ton units in place on existing adapter curbs; re-establishing new control interface with existing BARD MC-3000 controller; new electrical power feeds with NEMA-4 disconnects; associated roofing repair and restoration as needed; selective salvage and re-installation of the existing lightning protection; providing and installing new transient voltage surge suppression systems.
