USDA Forest Service, Savannah River (USFS-SR) stationed in New Ellenton, South Carolina, has a need for mechanical forestry services to include vegetation treatment using shearing and raking. The requirement will be a single award Firm-Fixed Priced Contract, Actual shearing and raking work by contractor shall be from September 01, 2023 to September 30, 2023. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), incidentals, and perform all work necessary to conduct the work in compliance with terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation. The work site(s) are at the USDA Forest Service, Savannah River Site (SRS), New Ellenton SC, on Department of Energy (DOE) lands. The Savannah River Site is a restricted access site, and all personnel must always wear a photo badge while on site. Contractor shall follow Savannah River Site policies and regulations. Government furnished material, supplies, or equipment shall be specifically identified in Section C “Government Furnished Property”. It is the contractor’s responsibility to maintain adequate records of all records and provide them to the Contract Officer’s Representative (COR) or Contract Inspector (CI) daily or upon request.
