The City of Greenville, SC is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the blown installation of double ground, dyed brown mulch in the downtown area and several City parks and gardens. The mulch must be meet or exceed the specifications in the IFB. The work must be completed by April 30, 2023.

There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 9:30 a.m.; meeting location is 2201 Laurens Road, Greenville, SC 29607. Contractors are to provide a one gallon bucket of proposed mulch for review and approval.
