Specific topics and the level of instruction will need to be based on the employee’s education level.” – We provide online soft-skills trainings on a range of topics, which are accessible 24/7 within the website we provide to Clemson, is this what you are seeking? Question
•        From the Services Section – “The offeror shall provide crisis counseling in the event of an emergency/critical incident that consists of at least five (5) hours in the base price” – Is the expectation that we provide a counselor onsite for individual counseling only or would this be the more traditional critical incident response request, where a critical incident responder would be available for group debriefings/listening sessions, along with potentially offering one to one support?
Answer We expect the offeror to be able to provide the need of the university at the time of the emergency/critical incident. If the request is for on-site individual counseling that need should be met or if group counseling is request that need should be met as well.
