ADDENDUM 3 - To extend the bid closing date to allow for supplier submitted questions to be answered and posted. ADDENDUM 2 - To extend the bid closing date to allow for supplier submitted questions to be answered and posted. ADDENDUM 1 - To correct and update the Scope of Work & Bidding Schedule. These documents can be found in this online bidding system under the Attachments tab. Clemson University seeks an experienced provider to Microwave & Refrigerator Freezer Combination Units as outlined in the attached Specifications or Scope of Work under "Attachments" section. All submissions must be made online. No red lines to the contract will be accepted during the submission process. If there are terms you cannot agree to or wish to have changed you must request that by submitting a question or request for modification to the scope to the Procurement Officer during the Deadlines for Question process and Clemson will consider changes. However to ensure all offerors offer the same scope, redlines or caveats put on any proposal may make your proposal non-responsive and not able to be considered. It is highly encouraged that you submit your bid prior to the closing date.
