Addendum 1 is being issued to answer questions that were submitted in the online bidding system under the questions tab. Clemson University Research Institute in Charleston, SC is seeking a contract for Electrical labor services as outlined in the attached Scope of Work/Specifications listed under the "Attachments" tab.

Question
Hello. How are the new fields on the bidding schedule for overtime and holidays supposed to be entered? Time and a half (1.5x), double time (2x), etc. or an actual numeric value first based on one or more of the rates? Thanks.
Answer
Enter $1.50 for time and a half or $2.00 for double time.

Example:

If regular labor hours are $10.00/hr the $1.50 will represent time and a half of $15.00/hr

If regular labor hours are $10.00/hr the $2.00 will represent double time of $20.00/hr
