Quotes submitted prior to this solicitation are not a substitution for submitting your online bid. All submissions must be made online. No red lines to the contract will be accepted during the submission process. If there are terms you cannot agree to or wish to have changed you must request that by submitting a question or request for modification to the scope to the Procurement Officer during the Deadlines for Question process and Clemson will consider changes. Bid Questions

Question	Officers are generally not allowed to use their a POV for business. Please clarify the method of transportation. Can this officer be armed?
Answer	All officers have always used their personal vehicle for as long as we have been doing this service contract. Armed: No, We have based these answer as to what we have always done in the past. Do we need a armed person to perform these duties? We are open to discuss this after the bid.

Answer

Previously for bank runs we paid them for 1 hour of service so that would be (5 hours per week for bank runs) Our Counseling Department plans to have groups again this spring and that would be additional hours, details for additional will be updated and negotiated after award later. Could be anywhere from 20 to 25 hours per week to be negotiated after award.

Re: Clarity of Redfern SOW Daily pick up deposit to take to Well Fargo, occasionally do a change order. Deposits are placed in the night drop box. Security for groups would be to sit at Information Desk, assist with student flow into building for groups for afterhours, make sure students are not wondering around in the building, make sure all students leave at end of group.
