The Central Midlands Council of Government is planning to conduct a feasibility study for passenger rail service. This study will closely examine the statewide and regional economic and environmental benefits as well as any associated implementation challenges and identify all necessary improvements to support passenger rail service.
All proposals will be logged in and date and time stamped. Any hardcopy proposal package that is received after the date and time specified will be logged and date and time stamped as “late” and returned unopened.
