Description:
It is the intent of this IFB to establish a contract for water heater replacement with removal of existing water heater, tanks, and equipment located at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, 2101 North Oak Street, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. The Contractor will be responsible for removing the existing operational water heater in the plumbing mechanical room and replacing with a Rinnai Demand Duo CHS398100HIN water heater system or approved equal, and ensure proper operations.
