Description:
It is the intent of the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS), by means of a Fixed Price Bid (FPB), to solicit bids to obtain qualified full-service Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Services for the South Carolina Replacement Medicaid Management Information System (RMMIS), Medicaid Eligibility and Enrollment (E&E), and Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) Programs. IV&V services must be fully compliant with 45 CFR ยง95.626.
