Description:
The complete demolition and disposal of approx. 12 vacant/dilapidated structures in the Yemassee area. The bid amount shall include removal of all construction materials above and below grade for each parcel. Lot shall be left clean and free of debris including bush hogging, stump/tree removal, leveling with clean fill and seeded. Must be qualified to remove asbestos. All federal CDBG requirements will apply. Registration in SAM.gov is required. EEO
