Reupholster all side panels, seats and backs in the following fabric: Spradling International Whisper Neo Plus Cerulean WHI-2136.
Chair quantity is 124 with 2 sizes of chair and upholstered panels at end of each row.
Provide new foam for seats and backs to the following specifications:
All foam to be High Density, High Quality and meet Certiplus-US certification
Seat foam to be 3” thick
Back foam to be 1” thick
