The CEZ, Inc. is soliciting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from interested development teams to collaborate with the CEZ, Inc., a public nonprofit organization, in a long-term public/private partnership (P3) format. CEZ, Inc. is seeking a partner to work through complex challenges to plan, design and develop a “Place Making” project in multi-phases in the southeast area of Columbia, SC.
