Description:
Lancaster County is soliciting for an elevator maintenance agreement. The agreement will be for 3 years, with the option to renew for 2 additional 12 month periods. This contract will be for 4 County owned properties, and there is 1 elevator at each location. The property list is in the Scope of Work. Proposals will be evaluated based on price and competency. Additional points will be awarded for value added additions to the base requirements.
