Description:
Replacement of existing HVAC equipment including Air Handling Units, hydronic pumps, and water heater. Provide new Air Handling units, terminal units, pumps, water heater, ductwork and piping. Provide new controls systems for building. Provide new exterior high-voltage transformer and replace existing 300 kVA transformer at existing transformer pad. Route new service conduits into existing Building A and connect new Service Panel “H2”.
