Description:
The work is for civil/site construction and consists of furnishing all materials, tools and equipment, and performing all labor necessary for the reconstruction and extension of existing Osceola Avenue, the extension of existing Ellen Ave, the construction of a new location roadway and a new parking lot for proposed townhome lots, installation of a closed drainage system with a permanent stormwater facility, and the extension of the City's municipal water and sewer systems.
