Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), Estill, South Carolina, intends to issue solicitation 15B30523Q00000001, to provide all necessary equipment, materials, and installation/startup to replace 5 Unimac or Equal/Equivalent Washer Extractor(s) located at the FCI Estill, 100 Prison Road, Estill, SC 29918. It is the contractor's responsibility to obtain permitting, should it be required. Prospective quoter(s) must provide technical specifications with their quotes, if technical specifications are not provided it will be deemed nonresponsive. All items and materials described but not limited to the Statement of Work (SOW) shall be provided by contractor to provide a complete working system in compliance with ALL local, state, and federal code. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) associated with this RFQ is 333310, Size Standard 1,000 employees. Deliveries will be made to FCI Estill, 100 Prison Road, Estill, SC, 29918, Attn: Trust Fund Supervisor. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. Should the Government choose to make award(s), the award(s) will be made to the responsible quoter(s) based on price, past performance, best value, and ability to comform to the specifications in the solicitation. The solicitation will be made available on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, and will be posted to the General Services Adminsitration website www.sam.gov. Hard copies of thes solicitation will not be made available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendements, will also be disributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is Tuesday, June 06, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Faith-based organizations and Community-based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
