Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a SOLE SOURCE FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) contract using FAR part 12 and 13 procedures.



Supply needed: Lease of Facility and meals in support of Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps Caded Leadership program at Lake Region Highschool. Sixty (60) Cadets and five (5) Adults will be attending training. Lease of Facility needed 29 May 2023 - 2 June 2023.



The Government intends to award a sole source contract for the above supply to Camp Chatuga, 291 Camp Chatuga RD , Mountain Rest South Carolina, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available.



All interested and/or responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for the purpose of determining whether or conduct a competitive procurement. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement not later than 11:00 AM, Mar 10, 2023 (EST)
