16. Description: This requirement is for one, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying 86,695 sqft. / 4,400 short tons of military cargo (wheeled vehicles, tracked vehicles, and breakbulk). The vessel shall have a minimum laden speed of 15 knots.



17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Charleston, SC (USA) and redelivery is Koper, Slovenia. The layday commences and cancels 05 January 2024, with Owners/ Offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The period of performance will be 22 days.
