Description

The Catawba Service Unit is an outpatient medical/dental clinic serving the Catawba Tribe and other Native Americans in the area surrounding Rock Hill, SC. Standard operating hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday with occasional special clinics on Saturdays.



Contractor shall provide maintenance of the grounds surrounding the clinic. Contractor is required to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision for all work detailed in this contract. Contractor shall provide contact information for business hours and after hours for all seasons.

The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this requirment is 561730. The solicitation will be awarded as a single award firm-fixed price type contract. The location where the work will be performed, will be at the Catawba Service Unit as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Period of Performance TBD.



This solicitation is set-aside for Native Owned small business. If Nashville Area Office Indian Health Service (NAOIHS) does not receive offer(s) that is reasonably priced, NAOIHS will then evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns under the following 5-tier cascading set-aside (in order of first consideration to last consideration):

- 1st Tier - Certified Hub Zone small business

- 2nd Tier - Women Owned small business

- 3rd Tier - Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses.

- 4th Tier - Small Disadvantage Businesses

- 5th Tier - All Other Small Business Concerns.
