16. Description: This requirement is for one, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 185,000 square feet (15,000 short tons) of military cargo from a delineated cargo list. The vessel must have a minimum laden speed of 15 knots.

17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Alexandropoulos, Greece and the place/range of redelivery is Charleston, South Carolina (USA). The laydays commence 28 April and cancel 30 April 2023. Offeror to indicate estimated time of arrival. The period of performance will be 23 days.
