Request for Information (RFI)



Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS), which manages and operates portions of the Savannah River Site (SRS) under a Department of Energy (DOE) prime contract, solicits expressions of interest from potential suppliers capable of providing leased labor. Leased Labor means subcontracted labor resources performing work based on a job description/qualifications and not a deliverable.



The SRS is located approximately 15 miles south of Aiken, South Carolina and is 310 contiguous square miles.



A supplier's response to the RFI does not guarantee they will be selected to participate in the RFP.



Please respond to items 1-7 as follows:




  1. Do you currently support any Federal contractors?

    1. If so, what is the approximate volume in dollars and number of personnel managed



  2. Do you currently support any other DOE/NNSA Prime Contractors?

    1. If so, what is the approximate volume in dollars and number of personnel managed



  3. Where is your closest location to the Savannah River Site (Aiken, South Carolina; Augusta, Georgia)?

  4. Technology

    1. Are you FedRamp certified?

    2. Do you have an existing PeopleSoft API Integration?

    3. Do you have an application for mobile devices?

    4. Describe your toolset for managing your services.



  5. Program Management – Describe your available services in the following categories

    1. Reporting

    2. Vendor Management and Evaluation

      • Do you own a proprietary Vendor Management System application?



    3. Direct Hire Conversion

    4. Recruiting, vetting, and onboarding vendors
