At the urgent needs of the U.S.Coast Guard, This Contract Opportunity has been updated for the closure date of 15 JUN 2023.
The U.S. Coast Guard Base Charleston is seeking the rental, delivery, installation, servicing plan, and pick up of two mobile Video Surveillance System (VSS) trailers at USCG Base Charleston, North Charleston, SC. Currently there is no VSS onboard Base Charleston. Request for Information (RFI) submissions are now due 08 JUNE 2023. See attachments for RFI form.
Option to Extend the Term of the Contract (Mar 2000)
(a) The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice to the Contractor within 60 days provided that the Government gives the Contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least 60 days before the contract expires. The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to an extension.
(b) If the Government exercises this option, the extended contract shall be considered to include this option clause.
(c) The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed 3 years.
Period of Performance: After Receipt of Award to completion. The contract period of performance includes one (1) one-year base period and, if exercised by the USCG, two (2) one year option periods.
