Description

1. This solicitation is being issued in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and is a Request for Quote. This solicitation is to acquire Shipping Container/CONEX boxes for SC Asian Longhorned Beetle Eradication Program.

This solicitation is for a (1) one year purchase order.

2. Quoter’s price (Price Schedule) shall include all costs necessary to provide the services as detailed in the SOW and for the service as listed.

3. Quotation packets shall be emailed directly to Latisha Hollman at Latisha.A.Hollman@usda.gov before the time specified on the solicitation announcement. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure the email with all attachments are received on time. Please note that file size limitations, formatting, or other problems may hamper receipt.

4. Any questions pertaining to this Request for Quote (RFQ) shall be directed to Latisha Hollman, by email to Latisha.A.Hollman@usda.gov before quotes are due. NO CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR RETURNED.

5. USDA is an Agency of the Federal Government, Tax-Exempt Federal Tax ID No 41-0696271.

6. This solicitation is being issued as a Small Business set aside under NAICS 332311, with a small business size standard of 750 in number of employees
