Description

This is a construction contract for Building 912 to provide replacement of electrical Panel A and fused disconnect feeding Panel A along with installing LED lighting controls and necessary wiring. Repair masonry and paint walls impacted by this work scope accordingly.



1) Acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business



2) Pursuant to FAR 36.204(b) the magnitude of this project is: Between $25,000 and $100,000 Period of Performance: The period of performance for construction is: 90 calendar days and includes the on-site work required to physically complete this project. The contractor shall include a proposed lead time for equipment with their proposals.



Site visit was scheduled for Thursday, July 20th at 1:00 PM EST. (Please note Amendment 01). Proposals are due Wednesday, 17 August 2023 at 2:00 PM EST. (Please note Amendment 02)
