Synopsis:

This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Columbia, South Carolina intends to award a sole source contract with: Biosense Webster, Inc. ueiSAM: LU6KBGZ1A362. This procurement is an emergency for patch repair of one (1) Carto 3 (EM540520/EM540520F, SN: G4C-3878) and testing of the device to confirm that it operates in conformance w/ all BioSense Webster safety and functional standards. The Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary in accordance with the Statement of Work. This is a logical follow-on to a previous purchase thus, BioSense Webster, Inc. is the only vendor/contractor that can provide the supplies/service required, and this acquisition will not be competed.
