The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services (CTS) Contracting Office; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Sex Offender services for male and female inmates residing at the local Residential Re-entry Center (RRC) and on home confinement in the North Charleston, South Carolina area. These services requested will need to be performed at a location in North Charleston, South Carolina within be within a six (6) mile radius of the U.S. Post Office, 2180 McMillan Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29405 and within a 1/2 mile access to community based transportation. This requirement will ensure offender accountability is maintained and offenders do not have long commutes to the treatment center, offender transportation costs are reduced, and public transportation is available.
Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on September 1, 2023 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on August 31, 2028. The following services are required to be provided by clinicians who currently hold a professional license to practice independently, without supervision, in the state of South Carolina and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor.
