The City of Greenville is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the Juanita Butler Community Center Exterior Accessible Restroom(s) Project. All work shall occur at the Juanita Butler Community Center, located at 2 Burns Street, Greenville, SC 29605. The project’s primary scope will involve the construction and construction services necessary to convert an existing space within the center into an ADA compliant restroom to be accessible directly from the exterior, including but not limited to: select demolition; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work; concrete and masonry; framing; drywall; paint and other finishes; soil disturbance correction and stabilization measures; preparation and delivery of closeout documents, including as-built/redline drawings, O&M manuals, warranty documents, etc.
