The City of Greenville is requesting SEALED bids from qualified contractors for the modernization of the North elevator in the Poinsett Street Parking Garage, located at 25 W McBee Avenue, and two (2) elevators in the Richardson Street Parking Garage, located at 66 Richardson Street.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. EST, December 7, 2023. The meeting location will be City’s Parking Services Office, located at 516 Rutherford St., Greenville, SC 29609.

Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. ET, December 21, 2023. Promptly thereafter, via Microsoft Teams teleconference, all bids that have been duly received will be opened and read aloud. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., December 14, 2023.
