The City of Greenville is requesting bids from qualified contractors for construction services to include garage maintenance within the RiverPlace Garage that is owned by the City of Greenville.

The proposed scope of work includes demolition of ceiling grid/tile, replacement of ceiling grid/tile, fire caulking existing penetrations, modifications to existing sprinkler heads and traffic control, as necessary. The scope is outlined more clearly in the special provisions, maps, construction specifications, and schedule of values included herewith and/or herein.
