Sealed bids for grounds maintenance services at the North Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center Complex until 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 01, 2024, at North Charleston Procurement Department, 2500 City Hall Lane, North Charleston, South Carolina 29406, at which time and place all Bids will be publicly opened and only the names of the contractors who submitted will be read aloud.

There will be a Non- Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and walk through held on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at 10:00 AM at North Charleston Coliseum (Club South Meeting Room) located at 5001 Coliseum Drive, North Charleston, SC 29418.

All Contractors will meet at Club South Meeting Room (See Attachment B)

The City of North Charleston intends to obtain grounds maintenance and repair services for the North Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center Complex, North Charleston, SC, including all improved landscaped areas around all facilities, all parking lots, and storm water retention areas. The work will include regular cutting of grassed areas, pruning of shrubs, bushes and trees, fertilization, chemical treatments, mulching, planting of annual flowers, raking, cleaning and irrigation system repairs.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicalities or informalities, and to be the sole judge of the suitability of the firm to provide the required services.
