at Wescott Park located at 9006 Dorchester Road, North Charleston, SC 29420.
All Contractors will meet in the front of the park near the 3 flag poles. (See Attachment B)
The City of North Charleston is seeking a qualified contractor to perform grounds maintenance services, turf repair services, and irrigation system maintenance and repair to all grounds that comprise North Charleston’s Wescott Park Complex
as outlined throughout this Contract. Work will include regular cutting of grassed areas, pruning and trimming of shrubs, perennials, and trees, fertilization, chemical treatments, mulching, planting annual flowers, raking, cleaning, ballfield and irrigation system maintenance and repairs.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicalities or informalities, and to be the sole judge of the suitability of the firm to provide the required services.
