Sealed bids for grounds maintenance services at the North Charleston Intermodal Transportation Center u ntil 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 01, 2024, at North Charleston Procurement Department, 2500 City Hall Lane, North Charleston, South Carolina 29406, at which time and place all Bids will be publicly opened and only the names of the contractors who submitted will be read aloud.

There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and walk through held on Thursday January 25, 2024, at 1:00 PM at the North Charleston Intermodal Transportation Center located at 4565 Gaynor Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29405.

All Contractors will meet in the conference room.

The City of North Charleston is seeking a qualified contractor to perform grounds maintenance services, turf repair services, and irrigation system maintenance and repair to all grounds that comprise at North Charleston Intermodal. Work will include regular mowing of grassed areas, pruning and trimming of shrubs, and trees, fertilization, chemical treatments, mulching, planting annual flowers, raking, cleaning, and irrigation system maintenance and repairs.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicalities or informalities, and to be the sole judge of the suitability of the firm to provide the required services.
