Sealed Bids for MISCELLANEOUS TREE TRIMMING THROUGHOUT NORTH
CHARLESTON will be received by the City of North Charleston until 2:00 p.m., local time,
Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at North Charleston City Hall, 2500 City Hall Lane, 3rd Floor, Rhett
Conference Room, North Charleston, South Carolina 29406 at which time and place all Bids will
be publicly opened and read aloud.
Bids sent by regular mail should be addressed to: City of North Charleston, Director of
Procurement, P.O Box 190016, North Charleston, SC 29419-9016.
Bids hand delivered or sent by courier service should be addressed to: City of North Charleston,
Director of Procurement, 2500 City Hall Lane, North Charleston, SC 29406.
Each Bidder should visit the site of the proposed work and fully acquaint himself/herself with the
existing conditions relating to the labor and should fully inform himself as to the facilities
involved, and the difficulties and restrictions attending the performance of the Contract. The
Bidder should thoroughly examine and familiarize himself with the Drawings, Technical
Specifications, and all other Contract Documents.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicalities or informalities,
and to be the sole judge of the suitability of the firm to provide the required services.
