Aiken County Government is soliciting requests for qualifications for an engineering firm that can consult with Aiken County Public Service Authority staff regarding the operation, expansion, and maintenance of our Horse Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 70 PSA Rd, Beech Island, South Carolina. Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. September 28, 2023 in the Procurement Office, 1930 University Parkway, Room #3201, Aiken, SC 29801 then read aloud in Suite #3203
Questions concerning this proposal must be emailed to procurement@aikencountysc.gov before 3:00 p.m. September 18, 2023. The Questions and Answers (Q&A) will be posted to the Aiken County website before 5:00 p.m. September 20, 2023. Phone calls will not be accepted.
