Aiken County Government is soliciting sealed bids for the exterior walls, gutter, facial repair and painting (all exterior painted walls windows door frames, cupela, columns etc. of the old section) of the Aiken County Judicial Building located at 109 Park Ave. SE Aiken, SC 29801. Bids will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. March 7, 2024 in the Procurement Office, 1930 University Parkway, Room #3201, Aiken, SC 29801 then read aloud in Suite #3203.
There is a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on February 21, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the Aiken County Government Center, 1930 University Parkway, Sandlapper Room #1037, Aiken, SC 29801. Please be prompt. A non-mandatory site-visit will be held immediately following the meeting at the location, 109 Park Ave SE Aiken, SC 29801. Questions concerning this bid must be emailed to procurement@aikencountysc.gov before 3:00 p.m. February 28, 2024. The Questions and Answers (Q&A) will be posted to the Aiken County website before 5:00 p.m. March 1, 2024. Phone calls will not be accepted.
