Description:

The City of Charleston Department of Parks is soliciting bids for continued maintenance of four parking garages. Scope includes limited ADA improvements, concrete crack and spalling repairs, joint repairs, restroom improvements, misc painting, etc.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 823 Meeting St. at 10:00 AM on 10/12/23. Sealed bids will be received until Thursday, 10/26/2023 at 2:00 PM, at which time they will be publicly opened at 823 Meeting St.

Interested contractors may obtain a copy of the bid package at A&E Digital no earlier than 10/2/23
