FIRE STATION 14 LEAK REPAIRS

The City of Charleston is soliciting bids for repairs to building envelope and roof to address leaks at Fire Station 14, located in Carolina Bay. The estimated construction cost is $50,000 to $75,000

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on site at 3005 Memorial Drive on Thursday, 08/10/23 at 10:00AM.

Sealed bids will be received until Thursday, 08/24/23 at 2:00PM, at which time they will be publicly opened at 823 Meeting Street.

Interested contractors may obtain a copy of the bid package at A&E Digital.
