The City of Charleston (City) is accepting Bid Proposals for construction services for Stormwater Retrofits Project – 1167 Shoreham Road. The purpose of this project is to construct a low landscaped area to provide flooding relief through the use of native plantings and minor excavation. Simple amenities are also being proposed for the project site under a separate contract. Work includes the installation of trees, shrubs, ground cover, a pervious path, a geo grid system, and providing 2-year maintenance which may include a temporary or permanent irrigation system, per Construction Drawings, at the City-owned property 1167 Shoreham Road in Charleston, SC (0.23 Ac).
