This document is located in this online bidding system under the attachments tab. Clemson University seeks an experienced provider to Microwave & Refrigerator Freezer Combination Units as outlined in the attached Scope of Work under "Attachments" section. All submissions must be made online. No red lines to the contract will be accepted during the submission process. If there are terms you cannot agree to or wish to have changed you must request that by submitting a question or request for modification to the scope to the Procurement Officer during the Deadlines for Question process and Clemson will consider changes. Bid Questions

Question	Confirming that beginning in fall 2023, the total number of rooms that units can be marketed to will decrease due to the renovation of the "Tower" residence halls (or largest halls on campus). 1 tower hall will be renovated and closed each of the next 3 years. Last year, these towers yielded between 170-193 rentals each depending on the tower hall. Besides these closings over the next 3 years, are there any plans for additional hall closings, or the opening of new halls that units can be marketed to?
