Will there be a separate contract entered into that reflects terms that are common for a ticket purchase/consignment arrangement? Some of Clemson’s standard terms seem more applicable to other types of university supplier arrangements.

The “Important Tax Notice” document says there will be tax withholdings on payments made by Clemson to non-South Carolina resident contractors. How does that withholding apply to this type of arrangement?

Do you plan to cancel all other current tickets that were purchased for intended resale?
Answer



There is not an intention, at this time, to not renew broker tickets.

How many seats per game will be available on a single game basis and where do you project these seats to be located?
Answer



Single game ticket minimum is not guaranteed with this RFP. Season ticket guarantee of maximum 2,500 football tickets. Location areas are presented in the bid calculation

Is there any single game inventory available to bid on for the RFP, or is the RFP limited to exclusively season tickets across all sports?
Answer



Consignment percentage is available to bid on. Group tickets are not directly tied to RFP but the partner that wins the bid will be able to have discussions on both group tickets and consignment tickets.

Inventory: Does Clemson have exact football season ticket locations available for review?

Locations are not available, seats will be assigned during the allocation process with donors in May

Financial Structure: The RFP response document is structured to solicit a maximum bid or upfront guarantee. Is Clemson interested in seeing multiple financial structures, including a model that gives them upside via profit sharing?

If multiple bid structures are ok, please advise if the different structures need to be submitted as separate bids or can be presented together.

Does this partnership include access to Bowl Games, College Football Playoffs (if applicable) & Conference Championship Packages?
Answer



Postseason oppourntity will be dependent on individual venue/bowl/tournament. If the venue does not force us to work with their partner, then we would work with the winner of this bid.
