ADDENDUM 2 - To remove the labor line from the solicitation. Onsite labor is not required for this solicitation and this line has been removed. Offerors should provide all inclusive prices for the equipment as instructed herein.
If you have submitted a proposal PRIOR to ADDENDUM 2, your proposal for this solicitation has been UNSUBMITTED and will not be evaluated while in this status. You MUST resubmit your proposal in order to be included in this solicitation and evaluated.
Suppliers are asked to log onto the system, review this document, adjust your proposal as needed and RESUBMIT as soon as possible. The closing date has been extended so offerors may have time to modify their submissions as needed.
ADDENDUM 1 - To answer supplier submitted questions and to extend the bid closing date. The supplier submitted question and answer document is located in this online bidding system under the attachments tab.
Clemson University seeks a supplier to provide Medium Volt Padmount Transformers as outlined in the attached Specifications or Scope of Work under "Attachments" section. Quotes submitted prior to this solicitation are not a substitution for submitting your online bid. All submissions must be made online. No red lines to the contract will be accepted during the submission process. If there are terms you cannot agree to or wish to have changed you must request that by submitting a question or request for modification to the scope to the Procurement Officer during the Deadlines for Question process and Clemson will consider changes. However to ensure all offerors offer the same scope, redlines or caveats put on any proposal may make your proposal non-responsive and not able to be considered. In order to submit an offer, you must first register/login to Clemson Bidding at https://clemson.ionwave.net/VendorRegistration.aspx Registration is recommended no later than 48 hours prior to bid close. It is highly encouraged that you submit your bid prior to the closing date.
