Clemson University seeks an experienced supplier to provide Dairy Lagoon Pumping, Hauling, and Field Application Services as outlined in the attached Specifications or Scope of Work under "Attachments" section. Quotes submitted prior to this solicitation are not a substitution for submitting your online bid. All submissions must be made online. In order to submit an offer, you must first register/login to Clemson Bidding at https://clemson.ionwave.net/VendorRegistration.aspx Registration is recommended no later than 48 hours prior to bid close. SITE VISIT 		No separate appointments will be made. A non-mandatory but highly encouraged site visit is scheduled at the date and time indicated herein in order for offerors to determine information. Measurements and other visual data may be gathered by the Offeror to aid in proposal accuracy. Bidders are responsible for any pre-bid conditions affecting their bids that were obvious and could have been ascertained during a site visit. Attendance to the site visit indicated is not mandatory but strongly encouraged.
