SITE VISIT |
No separate appointments will be made. A non-mandatory but highly encouraged site visit is scheduled at the date and time indicated herein in order for offerors to determine information. Measurements and other visual data may be gathered by the Offeror to aid in proposal accuracy. Bidders are responsible for any pre-bid conditions affecting their bids that were obvious and could have been ascertained during a site visit. Attendance to the site visit indicated is not mandatory but strongly encouraged. |

Non-mandatory questions shall be submitted in the online bidding system under the Questions tab by the date and time listed herein. Answers will be posted in the online system following the deadline date. All Offerors are charged with a duty to inquire.
