Quotes submitted prior to this solicitation are not a substitution for submitting your online bid. All submissions must be made online. In order to submit an offer, you must first register/login to Ionwave at https://clemson.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. Registration should be submitted no less than 48 hours after bid publication. It is highly encouraged that you submit your bid prior to the closing date.
