Description:
Addendum 1: Clarification: Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to Abatement, Demo, and Cleanup. Delete item #7 - removal of all slabs, walkways, driveways, fences and accessory buildings.
Addendum 2: Include the total cost for each location which includes labor, equipment, materials, landfill and other associated cost on the bid form. A performance bond is required at 100% of contract amount.
