Description:
The City of Walterboro requests bids from qualified, licensed contractors for the demolition of structures on three different parcels which consists of buildings, outbuildings and all other material located at 114 North Walter Street and 505 Hampton Street. Debris will be disposed of in accordance with SCDHEC guidelines. PRE-BID will be held January 16, 2024, at 10:00am at 114 North Walter Street, Walterboro, SC 29488.
