Description:
Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to remove and dispose of existing spent Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) media and install filter sand and new virgin, coal-based GAC media in Georgetown County, South Carolina. All work shall be in accordance specifications listed in the Bid Package, and the recommended practices of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) and the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SC DHEC).
