Description:
The Town of Bluffton is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified Offerors to complete a water and sewer project that includes 1,458 LF of sanitary sewer main and associated manholes, laterals, and connections. This project is funded in part by a Community Development Block Grant. Offerors should be aware that a Davis Bacon wage schedule applies, that that the terms and conditions of the grant will apply.
