The WorkLink Workforce Development Board, serving Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens Co., and Upper Savannah Workforce Development Board, serving Abbeville, Edgefield, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, Newberry, and Saluda Co., released a joint Request for Proposal on November 21, 2022 to competitively procure One Stop Operator & Business Services under the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA).
