Description:
To provide Project Management Services for the new construction of a 24-bed PRTF for juveniles in Columbia, SC. The project is a Design, Construction, Operation, and Maintenance contract. The selected PM will serve as the agency's representative during the design, construction, and project closeout. Services shall include PM services, remaining on schedule & within budget. Experience in Health Care and Corrections type construction preferred.
